ACTIVATING THE ASSISTANCE SERVICE: in case you need a technical intervention, we will show you the following steps:
- When you get in touch with our After-sales service, a short telephone interview will be used to define the next steps of the intervention (eg telephone solution, activation of the cat, etc.etc ..)
- If the request requires the release of one of our authorized technicians, we remind you to present the following documents to the technician: tax document proving the purchase, postcard of the stamped guarantee, declaration of conformity plant and / or document issued by the qualified installer (DM 37/08), system booklet (for products where it is required).
